Reservation Policies
Room Rates:
Rooms are serviced daily and rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) per room.
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, or gratuities.
Family Plan:
Child policy: Up to 2 years inclusive cot/bed hire charges apply.
Room Capacity:
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
1 Bedroom Suite - 2 persons
2 Bedroom Suite - 4 persons
2 Bedroom Villa - 4 persons
3 Bedroom Villa - 6 persons
4 Bedroom Villa - 8 persons
Minimum Night Stay:
3 night minimum over high seasons apply.
Taxes:
No taxes apply.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in from 2 pm
Check-out 10 am
Late check-out is subject to charge.
Short Notice Bookings (ie within 7 days): Full payment of accommodation paid by credit card on booking (or by bank cheque within 48 hours of the booking).
Deposit Policy:
Low Season: One night accommodation paid by credit card on booking (or by bank cheque within 48 hours of the booking). Full payment is required on arrival.
High Season: One night accommodation paid by credit card on booking (or by bank cheque within 48 hours of the booking). Full pre payment must be obtained thirty (30) days prior to guest arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
Low Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled seven (7) days or more prior to guest arrival however a 5% administration fee will be applicable. One (1) night's cancellation fee shall apply if the booking cancelled within six (6) days prior to the guest arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or in the case of a "no show" will forfeit any deposit.
High Season: No cancellation fee will apply if the booking is cancelled thirty (30) days or more prior to guest arrival however a 5% administration fee will be applicable. FULL cancellation fee shall apply if the booking is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to guest arrival. Please note: Where there is a personal tragedy or extenuating circumstances beyond the guest's control fees may be waivered at the properties discretion however documentation of the circumstance will be required. Pre-Authorisations:
A credit card pre-authorisation is required on check-in for incidental charges. Minimum pre-authorisation or a $100 cash bond. Unused funds from credit card pre-authorisations will clear within 10 working days.
Room Allocations:
Efforts are made to facilitate guest room allocation requests. Occasionally this is not possible due to any number of restrictions including: owner bookings, regulatory requirements, physical booking volumes or maintenance conditions. We would appreciate your understanding that the time (in advance) of a booking has no bearing on a room allocation.
