Wine ans dine in style, with new Executive Chef Michael Jenkins, featuring an exclusively designed seafood degustation menu showcasing local produce.

• 1st course: Hervey Bay scallops, coconut, lime and ginger dressing, cucumber and mint salad
• 2nd course: Mooloolaba prawns, avocado, baby herbs, tomato and chilli
• 3rd course: Chilled mudcrab, crisp fried pork belly, palm sugar and lemongrass syrup
• 4th course: Wild barramundi poached in milk, lemon and dill, salt cod filled zucchini flower, caper beurre noisette
• 5th course: Whipped brie, peper and fennel crutons, beetroot leaves and pinenuts
• 6th course: Rich dark chocolate cake, orange and vanilla scented marscapone
