View on Little Hasting Street’s new Executive Chef Michael Jenkins is bringing a dynamic new element to Noosa’s cosmopolitan dining scene, presenting inspiring dishes showcasing the best of the Sunshine Coast’s regional foods.
Located above the Resort’s reception and easy free undercover parking, the restaurant’s casual al-fresco and indoor dining areas are fronted by an expansive Terrace Lounge that boasts arguably Noosa’s most spectacular dining venue view high above the trees through to an iconic surf break. Enjoy a lazy cocktail or cold beer on the lounges before wandering through to the restaurant for an unhurried, friendly, almost familiar, evening of fine food and wine.
Inspired by Australian produce, and the local Sunshine Coast region, our classically trained Chef brings life and imagination to the table. Perhaps consider starting with chilled mud crab with crisp fried pork belly or a pan seared cuttlefish? Then indulge in pan fried sage and parmesan gnocchi or the Szechuan spiced duck breast? For those still capable, melting chocolate pudding with orange scented mascarpone. View on Little Hastings is open daily for sumptuous buffet breakfasts from 7:00am to 11:00am and dinner from 6:00pm.
