Serviced room rates are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) per room, for 4 persons, for this room category:

2 Bedroom Apartment
Room rates are quoted for 6 persons for this room category:

3 Bedroom
Room rates do not include room service, restaurant meals, telephone calls, other guest services and incidentals, parking, or gratuities.

Family Plan
Child policy:  Up to 2 years free using existing bedding

Additional Persons
30 AUD per night will be charged for each additional person 3 years and older that require additional bedding (cot or rollaway)

Room Capacity
Maximum room capacities are as follows:
2 Bedroom Apartment - 5 persons
3 Bedroom Apartment - 7 persons

Minimum Night Stay
3 night minimum from December 25 - January 9

Taxes
Rates inclusive of taxes where applicable

Deposit Policy
All room reservations require the registered guest to be 18 years or older with a valid credit card in his or her name. 
The hotel reserves the right to refuse a check-in if these conditions are not met and the normal cancellation policy of charging all nights accommodation on the reservation will apply.
A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit card. Major credit cards are accepted.
Low season:  1 night accommodation paid by credit card required on booking.  Full pre-payment required on arrival.
Low season dates:  Periods other than Australian school holidays and event periods i.e. Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter. 
High season:  1 night accommodation paid by credit card required on booking.  Full pre-payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
High season dates: All Australian school holidays and event periods i.e. Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or 'no show' will be charged all nights accommodation on the reservation.
Low season: A reservation cancelled 7 days or more prior to arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee, however an administration fee will apply. A reservation cancelled within 6 days of arrival will be charged 1 night accommodation.
High season:  A reservation cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival will not be charged a cancellation fee, however an administration fee will apply. A reservation cancelled within 29 days of arrival will be charged the full amount of accommodation.
